Who We Are What We Do
Emotional intelligence is a unique repertoire of emotional skills that a person uses to navigate the everyday challenges of life. Simply put, Emotional Intelligence is the ability to tune in to our feelings and those of others and to effectively manage emotions in ourselves and our relationships.
Research has demonstrated that an individual's Emotional Intelligence or (EQ) is often a more accurate predictor of success than the individual's IQ. No matter how intelligent someone is, their success is still governed by how well they communicate their ideas and interact with their others.
Using the EQi-2.0 Assessment and coaching, our team can help you take concrete steps in improving your Emotional Intelligence.
The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated Emotional Intelligence instruments. This assessment measures the interaction between a person and his or her environment, then presents results in both numerical and graphical form. The power of this tool is in how the five Composite Scales and fifteen Subscales (see below) allow an EQ feedback coach to predict with amazing accuracy what behaviors a person is most likely to exhibit and develop strategies to enhance their leadership and deal more effectively with the challenges of ministry. The feedback from the assessment and the assistance of a trained EQ coach can help you determine what you need to work on to increase both your vocational success and your happiness with your current work and life choices.
We offer the EQi-2.0 assessment, a debriefing coaching session, as well as three (3) additional coaching sessions designed to help you implement your learnings from the EQi-2.0.
Our low price of for this entire package of services is $550.00.
